WORK EXPERIENCE
Production Coordinator - (Feb 2024 - April 2024) - The Line Animation
Freelancer on a 30 second 2D animated intro for game Overwatch 2 directed by JuanPe Arroyo at The Line Animation. We used F track to produce playlists of work for the director to view everyday, make client reviews and allocate shots so we could track them in their retrospective departments. I worked alongside the Producer on the project, attending our client calls, sharing feedback to the team and taking notes to ensure everything was running as smoothly as possible. We used slack to communicate with the team, I was also full- time in the studio with the Producer and Director. I was trained up as a Technical Assistant, updating the rolling edit in After Effects, making sure the correct approved files got passed through the pipeline efficiently and on time. We had a tight schedule for the project so it was important that we stuck as closely as we could to the schedule.
Production Coordinator - (Jan 2023 - Jan 2024) - ‘Mog’s Christmas’ (Lupus Films)
Worked on ‘Mog’s Christmas’, a short 2D animated film for Channel 4, based on the popular book series by Judith Kerr, the film's cast included Benedict Cumberbatch, Adjoa Andoh, Claire Foy and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. As a Production Coordinator I helped manage the schedules for the Art Department, setting up files using TV Paint and communicating clearly between crew and HOD’s to ensure a smooth workflow. I worked closely with the Producers, Directors, Storyboarders, Animators, Background artists, Artworkers and Compositor during the duration of the film communicating mostly via slack and being present full- time in the studio. I was involved in this production from start to finish updating scripts, seeing the progress of character designs, storyboarding through to creating the animatic. Furthermore, creating call sheets and attending all 10 character voice recordings at Halo Post. Working as a team with the Production Manager and Assistant, we would update a route sheet to keep track of stats and how well the production was flowing, ensuring we used our time effectively compared to the budget and schedule. Most importantly, making sure we’re a happy team and providing support to the crew. I was a key organiser of the premiere of the film at the Odeon Lux Cinema in Leicester Square, attending brand partners meetings every month with Channel 4, Harper Collins, Sony Music and Universal, providing film assets and helping coordinate the press packs and release of the film.
Production Assistant (May 2022- Dec 2022) - ‘Kensuke’s Kingdom’ (Lupus Films)
For 8 months I was a Production Assistant for Lupus Films working on 2D animated feature film, ‘Kensuke’s Kingdom’, based on the well known novel written by Micheal Morpurgo which was voiced by actors, Cillian Murphy, Sally Hawkins and Ken Watanabe. During this time I provided support to the animation production team in various tasks related to the creation of the film. This included listening to the directors feedback and taking well written, clear notes during our morning and afternoon Dailies sessions for Colour backgrounds, Animation, Assist Animation, CG, Colour  and Comp. These notes were then passed onto each department. As a member of the production team alongside my Manager and the Coordinator, we maintained schedules/ HOD lists, organised meetings, updated our route sheet in order to keep on top of the stats and progress of the long form film. We managed the server archiving materials and large files effectively. We would set up animation files for the animators using TV Paint, ensuring shots were moved onto retrospective departments after being marked as approved. During the final stages of the film I was colouring the animation in TV Paint using the lazy brush tool and creating colour keys for the colour team to refer to.  We used Slack in order to communicate with different departments and F-track to relay feedback to external collaborators; BumbyBox and 352 Luxemburg. During Dailies sessions we used Syncsketch to view all the departments work, it was my job to ensure it was kept up to date and sent out to the directors daily. I was involved in helping organise the first screening at the Barbican cinema and picked 200 stills for festival applications and press packs.
Creative Assistant (Aug 2021 - May 2022) - BLINKINK
As a Creative Assistant I was communicating with Directors, Producers and Creatives at animation studio Blinkink on a daily basis. Maintaining the Blinkink website, e.g.  keeping it up to date with new, eye-catching work and choosing exciting stills and gifs that represent each job which varied from music videos, advertising to short films. These assets would be used in press packs for partners and websites: It’s Nice That, Billboard, MTV, GQ etc. I have experience working alongside Producers and Directors, creating mood edits for clients and helping research and design treatments for pitching jobs. I would work closely with the New Business and PR Manager helping design weekly newsletters using mailchimp. Helping with social media posts, choosing interesting thumbnails and creating short edits of any new work by Blinkink:  https://www.instagram.com/p/CXMZDASqVLE/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

Commissioned to animate a music video for band, Midlight, with full creative freedom, directing my own story and characters.
